OUR BOOKING PROCESS

  • We advise all customers to double check their property is 100% finished, cleaned and ready before the inspection date. It is therefoe best not to use our online booking system until you have site access availability confirmed by your developer. Failure to do so may result in an incomplete or aborted inspection with full fees payable.

  • Yes, your booking confirmation email will include a link to change your appointment date and time. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes to your booking but feel free to call or email us if you have any concerns about your appointment.

  • Our inspectors typically perform between one and two surveys per day depending upon availability and travel times from our West Midlands base. If we are unable to arrive at the time you have requested during online booking process we will contact you to confirm an alternate time on the same day.

  • When you book an appointment via the Premier Snag website you will have the option to pay either the full balance securely online or receive an invoice. If you choose to receive an invoice payment is due before the inspeciton date. Invoices will be sent 3 days prior to your appointment or immediately if booked less than 3 days in advance.

  • Yes, we offer multiple booking discounts if our inspectors are able to visit two or more properties on the same day. If you have purchased multiple properties yourself or wish to join up with a neighbour please contact us on 0800 001 4201 or email info@premiersnag.co.uk for a bespoke quotation.
